I am certified personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Regina, Saskatchewan. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with a major in Human Kinetics from the University of Regina and bring over 10 years of experience helping clients achieve their fitness, performance, and lifestyle goals.

Originally from Elkhorn, Manitoba, I grew up playing competitive sports including hockey, baseball, and golf. My time playing junior A hockey with the Melville Millionaires sparked my passion for understanding the connection between training, nutrition, and performance—something that continues to shape my coaching philosophy today.

I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from youth and beginners to competitive athletes and those recovering from injury. My approach focuses on building strength, confidence, and sustainable habits through individualized training and education.
